These push buttons for hula hoops are made of metal what makes them strong and durable, allowing them to remain in place without becoming loose or falling out. Push buttons are used to make the connections of collapsible/ travel and sectional hoops.

Medium sized push buttons fit our small polycarb connectors that are 16mm OD and 41mm long for 19mm (3/4″) OD hoop tubing. If you need to replace the push button of your old hula hoop, this is a high quality one to rely on.

How to make a collapsible push button connection for my hula hoop?

To make the connection of you hula hoop, place half of the polycarb connector into one end of your hula hoop (half in, half out) and fix it to the tubing with a rivet. This will allow you to securely connect and release the other end of the hoop. Connect it and make a 5mm hole through the hula hoop tubing and the connector material. You will use this hole to place the push button inside the polycarb insert. All done. Take your hoop everywhere and enjoy!
